Mission Statement: Circle of Hope is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized care to promote the mental health and well-being of our participants. Our mission is to create a supportive and therapeutic environment that empowers individuals to achieve their highest level of functioning and fosters a sense of community, resilience, and HOPE.
Vision: Circle of Hope is structured to provide transformative, evidence-based intensive, mental health and/or substance use treatment for individuals who require more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require 24-hour inpatient hospitalization. Our vision is to empower participants to heal, achieve stability, growth, and independence in their mental and emotional well-being.

Offered Services
Circle of Hope is structured after the traditional "day treatment" model. Located in Davison, Michigan we offer in-person treatment through two different treatment tracks - Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
PHP provides a voluntary, intensive, and structured program which includes group therapy and medication management Mondays – Fridays from 8:00AM – 2:30PM.
IOP provides a voluntary and structured program including group therapy Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00AM – 10:50AM.
