“The day you walk-in the reception area is where you begin to be whole again. The Director of Operations helped me to be my true self. She taught me about low self-esteem, ignoring positive qualities, negative emotions, and unhelpful behaviors, as well as how this all had to do with me and that my core self didn’t have to be this way. 'Chronic low self-esteem can come from past criticism, trauma, or negative messages.' She changed my low self-esteem to high self-esteem. No matter what you’re going through just know there are qualities to your life that are unique and she will get you to this; I promise. All the staff and classes tremendously helped me. My medications are working like I need. I don’t have to be angry and unpleasant anymore. You have the ability to take hold of yourself so I would recommend that you learn the things you are missing, such as low self-esteem, anger, CBT, and more; they’ll teach you. I learned my past trauma and abuse don’t have to affect me anymore. If there’s one thing I can recommend, it’s to take this class because if I can do it while having difficulty with communication, you can too.”

“These people are here for you. No one here is going to judge you on your feelings or thoughts. The staff wants you to do better in life, not only for yourself, but for those around you too. As you feel better and start to show the glow that makes you unique, you will see others will start to shine with you. I never felt judged here. The staff are all great people; give them a chance and they will help you.”

“I went into this program very nervous and not feeling great, but it turned out to be so much better and helpful than I thought. Everybody was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I learned about my disability and a lot of coping mechanisms to help me in my everyday life and I found this group to be a game changer for me. I feel much more understanding of my mental health and learned to have grace for myself and be grateful for things in life.”

"If I could give more than five stars, I would. This is by far the best program I have ever attended (which unfortunately has been a lot). THE STAFF AT THIS PROGRAM ARE AMONG THE MOST COMPASSIONATE AND PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I really cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Olivia and Aleshea are really two of the best RNs in the entire world, they are so patient and kind. I have anxiety around medical professionals and they always make me feel so at ease. Liz, the Social Worker, is probably one of the easiest people to talk to in the universe. She is a great listener and gives wonderful insight and you can tell how much she loves her job. Even Kylie at the front desk and the Program Director go out of their way to check in with you multiple times throughout your day and make you feel welcome and seen. They are all so passionate about what they do and it really shows. The groups they run are tailored to you, they really listen and interpret what each individual needs, this is BY FAR the most individualized program I have attended. They will bend over backwards and do anything in their power to help you succeed in your goals. The way they explain some of the skills that we use made a light bulb go off in my brain. I've had my diagnosis for over fifteen years, and for the first time it was explained to me in a way that made sense! They also worked seamlessly with my existing therapist and care team. Most of all, I have always felt respected in this program and heard. They genuinely have the client's best interests at heart. I'd recommend this program over and over again to anyone who is struggling at all."
